Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research;
- Prepare consultancy reports under the guidance of partners, managers, and consultants;
- Participate in client meetings and project presentations;
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals;
- Conduct analysis of industry trends, and compile research reports.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a top-tier 211/985 university or a renowned overseas institution, with no specific major requirements;
- Prior internship or work experience in consulting firms, investment banks, private equity/venture capital, or large multinational corporations is a plus;
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, capable of effective communication in a business environment (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
- Able to work under a heavy-pressure environment.Quick-thinking, possesses a strong ability to learn rapidly, and is skilled in interpersonal communication;
- Demonstrates solid analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering work on time under high pressure;
- Highly proactive, energetic, and adaptable to new challenges.
