Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct primary and secondary research;
2. Prepare consultancy reports under the guidance of partners, managers, and consultants;
3. Participate in client meetings and project presentations;
4. Assist in the preparation of project proposals;
5. Conduct analysis of industry trends, and compile research reports.

1. Graduated from a top-tier 211/985 university or a renowned overseas institution, with no specific major requirements;
2. Prior internship or work experience in consulting firms, investment banks, private equity/venture capital, or large multinational corporations is a plus;
3. Proficient in both Chinese and English, capable of effective communication in a business environment (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
4. Able to work under a heavy-pressure environment.Quick-thinking, possesses a strong ability to learn rapidly, and is skilled in interpersonal communication;
5. Demonstrates solid analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering work on time under high pressure;
6. Highly proactive, energetic, and adaptable to new challenges.
