Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead CDD consultation projects, plan and drive their execution, and guide team members in completing consultation tasks;
- Assist senior management in driving business growth and product upgrades, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff;
- Participate in the formulation and execution of business expansion plans;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, consolidate insights, and produce concise research reports.
- Graduated from a top-tier 211/985 university or a renowned overseas institution, with no specific major requirements (For healthcare CDD team, a background in medicine, biology, finance, or related fields is preferred);
- Possesses 2-3 years or more of work experience in prestigious consulting firms, investment banks, private equity/venture capital, or large multinational corporations (For healthcare CDD team, 2-3 years or more of experience in the healthcare industry in investment, consulting, or accounting roles is required);
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and client service orientation;
- Exhibits excellent time management and project management skills;
- Thrives under pressure and strives to meet client demands within specified deadlines.
